Domestic Companies
Annual and quarterly statements including any supplemental filings appearing on the 2022 filing checklists are required to be filed in hardcopy. A properly executed Jurat Page must accompany the hardcopy filings.
Return to Normal Filing Requirements
All temporary accommodations related to COVID-19 for filing requirements have been rescinded. Filing requirements listed in the checklist are applicable without modification, including hard copy requirements.
Foreign Companies
Hardcopy statements are not required to be filed for the 2022 Annual Statement and the 2023 Quarterly Statements.

Foreign companies that are not licensed in North Carolina but maintain a registration status must refer to the applicable filing requirements based upon the registration status at:
