North Carolina Department of Insurance transitioned to a new version of SBS (State Based Systems) in 2021. All active companies (Collection Agencies, Premium Finance Companies, and Motor Clubs) were assigned a new North Carolina License Number in 2021. For the 2024-2025 renewal license period, your license will reflect only the License Number assigned in 2021.
