Introduction to CITRIX ShareFile
The North Carolina Department of Insurance utilizes an electronic process for receiving and archiving initial and renewal TPA licensing submissions.
CITRIX ShareFile is a secure, cloud-based method to exchange and archive files. CITRIX ShareFile allows the NCDOI to seamlessly collaborate with TPA clients via an easy‐to-use client portal. NCDOI has created a password‐protected area for files through the server. An industry-approved solution was implemented to allow users to sync and share files securely. The client portal feature allows the TPA to transmit their application submission.
It is preferable that a company email account be established for use with ShareFile, so it will be the same each year, regardless of personnel turnover.
