Summary:
This document is an aggregation of the Consent-to-Rate data as required by §58-36-30(b2). The Consent-to-Rate data call aggregates all consent-to-rate business written in the state of North Carolina, including total numbers of policies written, actual written premium, numbers of consent-to-rate policies written, manual premium, consented premium, percentage of consent-to-rate policies, percentage of consent-to-rate policies premium, and average premium difference per consent to rate policy.
