The North Carolina Department of Insurance and Commissioner Mike Causey will host a grand opening and ribbon cutting of its Gastonia Regional Office in Gastonia at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 13.
The office is located at 1422 Burtonwood Drive in the Pearson Properties Building.
Commissioner Causey will be joined by state, county and city officials for the event.
“We are thrilled to unveil our new Gaston County facility,” Commissioner Causey said. “This office will allow us to best serve North Carolinians who live in the greater Charlotte area and points westward. It’s a very advantageous location and will give the public access to the many services the department offers.”
The invitation-only event is open to credentialed members of the media. Media who wish to attend are encouraged to arrive to the office no later than 9:45 a.m. to cover this event and are also asked to RSVP to press@ncdoi.gov.
