June 1 marks the start of the 2021 Atlantic hurricane season. According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration or NOAA, it is forecast to be an above-normal season. NOAA estimates 13 to 20 named storms (winds of 39 mph or higher) with six to 10 of them predicted to be hurricanes (winds of 74 mph or higher).

Special agents with the Department of Insurance’s Criminal Investigations Division accuse Hart of falsely telling Erie Insurance that her 2020 Ford Mustang was stolen from Hibriten Mountain Road in an attempt to obtain payment on an automobile insurance claim.

According to the arrest warrant, Hart had given someone else permission to use her car.

Special agents with the Department of Insurance’s Criminal Investigations Division accuse Kelley of submitting an altered letter from the Fayetteville Public Works Commission to United Services Automobile Association to collect on a renters’ policy claim.
