North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced that Krystle Jolia Fuller, 36, of 2008 Stoneycreek Drive, High Point, was charged with insurance fraud and attempting to obtain property by false pretense, both felonies.
Special agents with the Department of Insurance’s Criminal Investigations Division accuse Fuller of presenting $9,416.88 in fraudulent receipts to State Farm Insurance Co. in an attempt to obtain payment for a homeowners’ insurance claim.
The offenses occurred on Sept. 9, 2020.
