Jones was charged with 11 counts of insurance fraud, 10 counts of obtaining property by false pretense and one count of attempting to obtain property by false pretense.

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Eric Jahmal Simpson, 53, of 5231 Penrith Drive, Apt. D, Durham. Simpson was charged with insurance fraud and attempting to obtain property by false pretense, both felonies.
