Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced that he has appointed Jessica Price as senior deputy commissioner of the Company Services Group at the Department of Insurance.

Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey will speak to the North Carolina Association of Floodplain Managers annual conference on Tuesday, May 5, at 10:30 a.m. in Atlantic Beach.  He will later present fire service awards at a ceremony at noon in Morehead City.

Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced that the N.C. Department of Insurance has settled a dwelling rate case with North Carolina insurance companies.

Commissioner Causey negotiated an average statewide increase of 5% per year over the next two years.
