North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Ian Victor Eisnaugle, 41, of 156 Long John Drive, Hendersonville. Eisnaugle was charged with insurance fraud, obtaining property by false pretense and common law forgery, all felonies. 

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Monique Valdese Spry, 35, of 120 Saint Albans Drive, Raleigh. Spry was charged with common law forgery, obtaining property by false pretense and uttering forged instrument, all felonies. 

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Tonya Denise Allen, 50, of 6932 Juniper Terrace, Shelby. Allen was charged with insurance fraud, a felony.  

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Angel Lee McManus, 53, of 528 Faith St., Belmont, and Trenity Glen Campbell, 31, of 518 Faith St., Belmont. Both were charged with one count of insurance fraud, a felony. 

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Joshua Wade Bethea, 41, of 5006 Endolwood Road, Charlotte, and Stephanie Marcia Bonitto, 36, 1804 Prospect Drive, Charlotte. Both were charged one count each of insurance fraud, obtaining property under false pretense, and common law uttering.

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced that Uzma Kashi, 41, of 4202 Evangeline Drive, Greensboro, was served with a criminal summons. Kashi was charged with five counts of insurance fraud and five counts of attempting to obtain property by false pretense, all felonies. 

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Elizabeth Renay Conn, 41, of 227 N. Woods Estates, Nebo, and Stephen Tyrell Thurston, 42, of 659 Catawba River Road, Old Fort.

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Kadeem Welch-Norton, 32, of 462 Northwoods Drive, Raeford. Welch-Norton was charged with one count of obtaining property by false pretense, three counts of possession of stolen goods and three counts of conspiracy, all felonies. 

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Aakarshit Mahajan, 24, of 1303 Kent Road, Raleigh. Mahajan was charged with insurance fraud and attempting to obtain property by false pretense, both felonies. 

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Jacqueline Elaine Hill, 52, of 12915 Deaton Hill Drive, Charlotte. Hill was charged with one count of insurance fraud and one count of attempting to obtain property by false pretense, both felonies. 

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Myers Theodore Thomas Jr., 30, of 3802 Kalispell Lane, Charlotte. Thomas was charged with three counts of insurance fraud and three counts of attempting to obtain property by false pretense, all felonies. 

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrests of Gurjant Singh Gill, 42, and Karmpreet Kaur Gill, 41, of 8037 Remington Heights Drive, Raleigh. Each was charged with one count of insurance fraud and one count of attempting to obtain property by false pretense, all felonies.

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced that Dominick Shevonta Phifer, 34, of 1443 Qual St., Charlotte, has been charged with insurance fraud and attempting to obtain property under false pretense, both felonies.
