North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey has announced the arrest of Jason Vance Ledford, 46, of Orangewood Lane, Newton. Ledford, a bail bondsman, was charged with attempting to discharge a weapon into an occupied vehicle in operation, a felony.
