2027 Small Group Health Insurers

The following insurance companies have received Department approval for 2027 comprehensive health insurance plans and rates for small employers that comply with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. 2027 Individual Dental Insurers

List is only for Stand-Alone Dental Plans (SADP) as most carriers may include the required Essential Health Benefits (EHB) for Pediatric in their base plan.
