The Seniors' Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) provides free, unbiased information and counseling to Medicare beneficiaries and caregivers. Our counselors can help you understand Medicare, Medicare Advantage, prescription drug coverage, Medicare supplements and long-term care insurance.
SHIIP also helps consumers recognize and prevent Medicare billing errors, fraud and abuse through the NC Senior Medicare Patrol Program.
