North Carolina Department of Insurance recently transitioned to a new version of SBS (State Based Systems). All active companies (Collection Agencies, Premium Finance Companies, and Motor Clubs) were assigned a new North Carolina Company Number in 2021. For the 2023-2024 renewal license period, your license will reflect only the new Company Number assigned in 2021.
