2. Complaints, Concerns, and Consumer Assistance
Residents, prospective residents, and family members with concerns about a continuing care provider should use the Department’s formal consumer assistance and complaint process.

The Department cannot provide legal advice or intervene in private contractual disputes, but it can review complaints for potential regulatory issues
